Jenny Beth Martin looked out on the rain-dampened crowd along Constitution Avenue and pointed over her shoulder at the Capitol.
“They heard us, but they’re not listening!” Martin, a tea party leader, told members of the movement that helped put Republicans in charge of the House last November.
The crowd booed. (TheBlaze.com)
The New Black Panther fix came in just as we suspected. Yesterday the Department of Justice completed its 19 month internal investigation into whether Steve Rosenbaum and Loretta King, the political appointee attorneys who ordered the dismissal of the voter intimidation case, acted unethically. No surprise, DOJ found that DOJ acted ethically. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have heard about the conclusion. The Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) report was the narrower of the two DOJ investigations of the matter, and Congress will be sure to conduct a far broader, and more competent, inquiry. That conservatives outnumber liberals nationally is not exactly news. But this is: according to a new poll from Gallup, even traditionally liberal states are drifting rightward.

Billionaire real estate developer and rising GOP 2012 prospect Donald Trump is firing back at mainstream media reports that the birth document he provided exclusively to Newsmax on Monday was invalid.
Trump has provided Newsmax a signed, dated Certificate of Birth from the City of New York’s Department of Health.
The new birth certificate states that Trump was born in the borough of Queens on June 14, 1946. It is signed by the mayor, the acting registrar of records, and the commissioner of health.
Trump said that once he realized the document he provided Newsmax on Monday was not an official birth certificate, it only took him a couple of hours to clear up the matter and locate the official document. (Newsmax.com)
Editor: Trumps birth certificate has SIGNATURES of DOCTORS; Obama’s fake birth certificate has NOTHING legitimate on it!
DEVELOPING: A U.S. NATO commander does not rule out an Al Qaeda presence in the Libya opposition against Muammar al-Qaddafi.
Adm. James Stavridis says that intelligence has shown “flickers” of potential Al Qaeda in opposition groups but that there is still no detailed picture of rebel groups.
“At this point, I don’t have detail sufficient to say there is a significant Al Qaeda presence,” Stavridis, who is NATO’s Supreme Allied Commander, Europe, and also the commander of U.S. European Command, said during Senate testimony Tuesday. (FoxNews-AP)
